Türkiye, being one of the most strategic and complex markets in the Middle East healthcare industry, required a leader who could tackle its challenges while seizing its opportunities. “Leading Novartis Türkiye during a time of change and uncertainty required me to draw on all my previous experiences and to continuously learn too,” she highlights.
